Through Our Culture Exchange / Teaching Program

Our Culture Exchange / Teaching Program's primary objective is the recruitment and TESOL training placement of foreign English teachers and exchange program throughout China. Working with our current 68 franchised schools who are seeking qualified foreign English teachers for their bilingual education reform,Buckland successfully assists over 120 native TEFL / TEFL / TESOL teachers annually to find their preferred schools throughout China without all the pressure you get

from other Schools / Agencies. Our strong belief in cross-cultural communication & cooperation, and a dynamic approach, has made Buckland one of the largest and most respected foreign English teacher placement and TESOL training agencies of foreign English teachers throughout China !

20 Conversational English Teacher
Position 5 or 11 Month Contracts Starting Early Feb. 2020

1. Native English speakers, preferably from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand.

2. One of the following qualifications is preferred: a university degree, a teaching degree, teaching experience, or a certificate such as ESL, EFL, TEFL, or TESOL.

3. Under 60 years old and in good health.

Buckland does not charge any service or application fee. Just submit all the required documents and your application process is finished. Because all the fees are paid by Buckland franchised schools who will be your host schools, all the services including visa & immigration paperwork, airport pickup, culture orientation, school placement, professional development support, emergency support are provided to you for free.

I'm so glad that I came across Buckland while looking for work in China.

They have been extreemly helpful so far and are easily reachable at any time if I need them. I teach 17 classes each week for Junior 1 and Junior 2 students.

My school has been so welcoming and great and I have a wonderful FAO who checks on me constantly. Overall, this experience has been unlike any other! It is now approaching 5 years in China and things only get better. I am still employed by Buckland and have not regretted that decision from day 1. Well time sure does fly by when you are having fun !

I am currently in the beautiful province of Guizhou, the air is fresh and the countryside is beautiful. I teach for the number one school in my district and enjoy every minute. My classes have been reduced to a very manageable 50 students on average. I know that many of you, if you have taught previously, will be shocked by the high number of students in the classroom. Trust me, don't worry, this is China and not the UK or the USA. The students are well behaved, very respectful and incredibly smart. Not a class goes by without a good laugh in the classroom.

Again, if you have the opportunity to come and experience teaching in China, grasp it with both hands.
