The founder of Buckland Group and Vice-Chairman of China Bilingual Education Association, Owen Buckland, has been an English and Chinese culture instructor for 18 years. After owning a language school and translation company, he established the Buckland Group in 1999. Since that time he has developed the company into one of the largest and most respected foreign teacher placement agencies in China. He is constantly utilizing his vast resources and experience to ensure that all Buckland teachers live and teach in China happily and safely. Owen has created a unique English teaching and learning method called F.A.C.E.S. and gives motivational lectures to thousands of students every year. 
Holding a master degree in TESOL from SUNY New Paltz in America and having ESL teaching experiences in both of China and America, Ping will answer your questions regarding teaching in China and assist you in your transition to a Chinese culture with her enthusiasm, professionalism and cross-cultural living experiences. Ping mainly takes care of teacher recruitment, orientation and training, replies to your inquiries, coordinates paperwork for you to come over to China, boosts your teaching ability to succeed and places you at the Chinese school of your choice. 
Ryan is from California. He has lived in China for 9 years. He is familiar with opensource software, linux, English phonics, education, and likes learning interesting and unusual things about other cultures.
Greg is the Office Director in Buckland Office. He is in charge of the office staff and has rich experience in foreign affairs. He will meet you at the first time when you come to our Buckland Group with a warm welcome and be happy to help you in the affairs of visa, teaching, bank, etc.
Desta coordinates all your visa paperwork, airport pick-up and transferring to your schools. She also manages Buckland Happy Hotel.
As a highly respected educator and high school principal for 20 years, Lisa oversees the quality of the schools and the foreign teachers working in our franchise schools. She makes regular trips to our southern franchised schools to inspect the schools and assist them and the foreign teachers in any way she can.
Beyond is in charge of collecting and coordinating all the paper work for the visa application and updating.
With 4 year teaching experience in China, Heather is always happy to answer questions from people thinking of coming to live and teach in China.
